Turn general questions into research questions. Get specific,
make a list.

Prioritize the research questions.
3.
Identify which questions you and your organization can already
answer, in part or in full.
4.
Brainstorm other sources of information.
5.
Set a timeline.
6.
Assign responsibility.
7.
Do research.
8.
Report back, assess findings.
9.
Apply the new knowledge.
10.
Form new questions, and start over.
Repeat
this process until your timeline ends.
